Joe Niebur

Joe Niebur

Principal

Mr. Niebur is a founding principal of Dormie Capital Partners having been in the Development, Investment and Construction business for the previous 28 years. Mr. Niebur co-founded Dormie Capital Partners with the intention of offering strong risk adjusted returns to investors interested in diversifying their holdings and experiencing real estate investment. Mr. Niebur is also the founder of Niebur Development, a diversified Commercial Real Estate development company based in Colorado Springs. He has been involved in the ownership and development of over 600,000 SF of commercial real estate, including Medical & General Office, Retail, Industrial, Multi-family and Golf assets. Mr. Niebur enjoys all facets of real estate investment and development, is a native of Montana, and currently makes his home in Colorado.

Matt Call

Principal

Mr. Call is a founding Principal of Dormie Capital Partners having worked closely with Mr. Niebur on various projects for the previous 20 years. Mr. Call has a long track record in Commercial Real Estate Investments having completed a myriad of deals in all major property types. Mr. Call is also the founding Principal of NavPoint Real Estate Group, a Denver based commercial real estate brokerage company. Mr. Call enjoys every aspect of an Investment Real Estate transaction and seeks to bring the highest possible risk adjusted returns to Dormie Capital Partners’ Investment partners. He is a Colorado native having received his Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado Boulder where he also competed on the golf team. Mr. Call now resides in Colorado with his wife and daughters where they enjoy everything Colorado together.

Greg Bartold

Greg Bartold

Director of Finance

Mr. Bartold oversees all aspects of Dormie Capital Partners’ finance activities including acquisitions underwriting, equity and debt structure, asset management and disposition. He comes from a strong finance background having spent the previous 20+ years with Niebur Development as Vice President of Finance where he also currently oversees the financial activities of a diversified development company. Mr. Bartold is an avid golfer who maintains a low single digit handicap, and currently makes his home with his family in Southern Colorado.

Troy Coats

Director of Development

Mr. Coats is the Director of Development and Construction for Dormie Capital Partners. He is involved with all aspects of Dormie assets that include any ground-up development, redevelopment, or value-add construction component. Mr. Coats has spent the previous 20 years working on various ground up development projects in all major property types. He is gifted at working with municipalities and other governmental organizations to secure entitlements and add value to development oriented real estate. Mr. Coats currently makes his home North of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Collin Tedesco

Senior Investment Analyst

Mr. Tedesco is an Investment Analyst at Dormie Capital Partners. He focuses on financial analysis, due diligence and market research. Collin has a diverse background in all property types including Retail, Medical Office, General Office, and Industrial. With a strong knowledge of financial and acquisition trends, Collin provides insight and analysis that adds value as Dormie underwrites acquisition opportunities.
A Colorado native, Collin received a golf scholarship to Hastings College in Nebraska, and earning degrees in Business Administration and Economics. In his spare time, Collin enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers.

Calvin Andrews

Junior Analyst

Calvin Andrews hails from Northeastern Washington. He was raised in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains playing golf and baseball. He graduated from Hillsdale College in Michigan with a degree in Financial Management. While at Hillsdale, he was a senior analyst in the college investment club which produced a 30% return in a three-year period. Calvin was also the president of the Hillsdale College Chess Club in his senior year and organized a simultaneous exhibition with a chess grand master.
Calvin joins Dormie Capital Partners as a Junior Analyst where he will source and evaluate a variety of real estate investment opportunities for the company. He looks forward to getting out of the foothills and summiting all the mountains that Colorado has in store for him. He still enjoys playing golf and intends to bring his dog Olive on this new adventure to the central Rockies.

Nadine Goering

Property Manager

As Dormie Capital’s Property Manager since 2019, Nadine has brought her natural affinity for developing connections and relationships to effectively manage their 300,000 SF portfolio of retail and commercial real estate.  Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service to all of Dormie Capital’s tenants and properties.

Nadine was born and raised in South Africa and immigrated to the USA in 1995.  When she is not engaging with tenants, Nadine enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of Colorado with her husband and four daughters.

Alaura Gage

Marketing Coordinator

Alaura Gage joins Dormie Capital Partners via Michigan and Hillsdale College as our Marketing Coordinator, which encompasses digital media, brand resources, and print media, providing a range of creative assets for the Dormie Capital brand. Alaura is a Kansas City native whose passion for vintage clothing and concerts sparked a love of art and culture from a young age. She pursued her academic aspirations at Hillsdale College, where she studied Fine Arts and worked for the college’s marketing department. Since then, Alaura has worked on a myriad of creative projects, from short films to graphic design to photojournalism. When she’s not in the office, she’s probably getting lost in a foreign country or on a trail.

She’s looking forward to concerts at Red Rocks and skiing down a real mountain!
